這是聽寫訓練，第一次聽完只聽懂:

看來這是一個跟donkey有關的故事
它在講一對父子帶到他們的donkey進城賣
路上有人指責他們為何讓donkey負載過重
有人覺得他們放著donkey不騎很蠢
有人覺得兒子騎驢卻讓父親走路很過份
他們拿不定主意
路人的意見又很多
經過一番折騰
donkey終於死了
這位爸爸說
When we try to please everyone, we lose.
內容差不多是這樣…
雖然沒聽懂還是可以寫故事
因為小時候好像有聽過
但不是每次聽力都能這麼好運
這份逐字稿打超久
而且註明秒數的地方真的一直聽都聽不出來

(0:10) old man and his son wanted to sell their donkey at the village market far away from their home. They had to take the animal along a dusty country road to the town. They just left their home when a labor call to them, "(0:23) you walking when you have donkey," the labor ask, "Why didn't you ride the convenience(0:28)?"
"That's a good idea", the old man said, and put his son on this donkey while he continued to lead.
They walked about half way to town where three women standing by the side of the road scolded the boy.
"You should be a shamed of yourself riding while your father have to walk", one of the women said, "Is the donkey so weak that it can't carry both of you?"
"You're right, I guess," the old man said," better we get on behind your sound.
The donkey carry the old man and the sun, and almost reach the town where a group of villagers began laughing at them, "You should be killing(1:04) that poor beast and (1:07) make him carry both of you" one of the villagers said, "I supposed so," the old man said relaxantly(1:12). As soon the son got down. With the help of the still laughing villagers, they tie the animal to a paw(1:19), so they can carry a directive(1:21) way to the market.
But as they crossing the bridge just before the market place, the donkey keep (1:27) from the paw(1:27) and fell in the stream and drowned.
"Our donkey is dead now, and it should teach us," the old man said sadly to his son, "Whenever we try to please everyone, we lose."
